Pressure tested system to 140psi and decay is less than 5 total psi, with less than .2psi decay occurring in the final 10 minutes. Emptied nitrogen from the system and pulled a vacuum. Machine draws down to 1300 microns and holds. Tech added 3.2oz of r600a back into the system and allowed machine to run. After 40 minutes, temperature has gone from mid 70s in both zones, down to 20 and 40. Ran hass tests and verified that machine is working properly. Job is complete."

Rear of heater was also pushed up against power cord. Disassembled unit, all glides, top and rear bearing are good. Idler is well greased and moves freely. No signs of drum rubbing against heater housing. Found lint chute and blower wheel packed with lint, cleared lint. And reassembled. No unusual noises heard."
