"Found icemaker cavity frozen up with ice from moisture being pulled in from cavity seams. Ice maker is no longer making ice. Steamed out icemaker cavity and removed icemaker and auger. Removed plastic tabs and installed y clip update. Then sealed up all of the seams inside to prevent moisture from getting in in the future causing the ice maker cavity to ice up. Installed new updated auger drain line on auger assembly, installed the auger assembly and new ice maker. Checked line on back and black line is showing. I then installed new main pcb. "Customer states that ice has not been producing as well as it once had prior to repairs. Also, there is an odor coming from the silicone that was placed in the unit to seal up the icebox from the fresh food cabinet. Unable to detect an odor from the silicone placed week ago. Customer acknowledges the odor has subsided, but can still smell it. Ask the customer to allow for more time for overall smell to subside and dissipate. Inform the customer that the silicone used is an odorless tasteless food grade silicone provided by a main manufacturer. Discussed with customer repercussions From removing the silicone, should they wish us to. Test on icemaker pulling the ice bucket out of the ice room. There was a clump of ice that had formed at the back where the bail arm comes down to detect ice in the bucket advise customer that this block of ice buildup had likely caused the bail alarm to detect as if the bucket was full and therefore produce no additional ice. Tested thermostat, mold, motor functionality and verified water fills the trays when called for. Advise customer to remove bucket and periodically in order for ice to level off in the bucket, so it does not build up in one section causing the bail alarm to trigger a full bucket notification. Tech arrived and found that the user interface is not working, but key presses give an audible chime. Interior lights are operating. Tech pulled the fridge and removed pcb cover. 5 capacitors have vented. Tech jumped l1 to the compressor terminal and the compressor turns on. After 5 minutes of running, freezer evaporator cover has dropped 15 degrees, confirming cooling is present. Tech heated the failed capacitors up with a hair dryer and now the user interface and fans works, temporarily. Tech manually cycled the ice maker and found harvest and fill to be proper. Tapped system and low side was -24.9 high side was 39. Let pressures equalize and settled out at 18psi. Replaced compressor and drier and recharged with 56g r600. Unit building a frost pattern. Allow 24 hours for temps to return to normal.

"Customer states that the fridge intermittently will trip the breaker. Sometimes happens once a day and sometimes happens every few weeks. Had another servicer out who indicated that error code c83 had occurred and that he suggests a new compressor. Tech entered bar area of basement and found side by side fridge unplugged. Tech plugged fridge in and began testing. Windings are 12.1, 12.2, and 12.2 but compressor sounds as if it is struggling to operate. Removed compressor and drier and installed new parts. Ran new test and compressor is consuming .7a while receiving 140v. Allowed system to run for 20 minutes and frost pattern is developing. Initiated forced defrost and verified that condensate is generated and no breaker trip has occurred. Tech found frayed ground wiring in the control area and also found compressor ground disconnected. Tech ensured wiring was redone prior to leaving. Job is complete."

All flames are consistent on high. Lowered power to simmer and all burners simmer properly. Flames do not require any adjustment. Job is complete.
