"Customer stated that the temperature in both the fresh food and the freezer had started to increase to a point where they could no longer keep product and either cabinet. Inspected unit and through troubleshooting with Mila tech-support we identified that both inverter boards were failing to activate the compressors properly, all fans were functional with good airflow. Replace both inverter boards on the fresh food and freezer compressors once powered back up both units kicked on and the compressor started to run with the appropriate condenser temperatures. Advise customer will need to wait approximately 24 hours after completion before stocking with any provisions"

"Started the dishwasher in diagnostic mode and f2e1 is stored. Error is a keypad error and is not related to todays failure. Allowed system to progress and dishwasher is underfilled with water. Exited test cycle and started express wash cycle. Unit again underfills leading to cavitation. Unit adds more water to the sump, twice, and dishwasher still surging. Tech added 40oz of water to the machine and cavitation has subsided. Tech monitored more and confirmed same findings after first drain out has completed. Providwd quote to the customer for a replacement fill valve. Customer approved quote. Tech installed new valve and ran testing. Testing confirms that cavitation us no longer occurring and that the water is being sprayed powerfully throughout the unit. Machine passes testing and no leaks are occurring from the dishwasher. Tech checked all knobs on both machines and found 3 out of the 5 knobs are broken. Tech suggests having Jessie call dryer into manufacturer to get coverage for the new timer. Tech tested cooktop and found all 4 burners igniting properly. Spark module for each unit clicks 3 times after flame has propagated and then the ignition system recognizes the flame and stops reignition system. Tech adjusted flames up and down and allowed burners to run for 10 minutes. No additional clicking occurs. Turned burners off and on multiple times and they continue to work without issues. Tech removed burner bases and caps and found them clean and assembled properly. Tech finds no immediate issues and cooktop is working well. Job is complete."
