Customer states that the unit is constantly beeping. Inspected the unit and found that the high temperature alarm is going off in the fresh food compartment. Found temperatures of -12 degrees in the freezer and 55 degrees in the fresh food compartment. Found that freezer is heavily frosted over. Put unit into service mode and found that all components are functioning except for the evaporator fan. The evaporator fan is frozen over and cannot turn. It is likely that the freezer door was left open for an extended period of time. Recommend completely defrosting the unit and removing all of the ice buildup.

Customer states unit has gap with gasket in top portion of refrigerator. Inspected unit and found it is due to an install issue warming the fram of unit. Adjusted units install and got gasket to seal properly but with movement of fridge gap slowly starts to come back. Board that secures top of fridge is not installed properly causing unit to shift. Unit will need a proper install job done by carpenter or GC in order for unit to be fully secured and to keep frame from twisting. Job complete.
