Upon inspection the washer had failed to spin during cycles. Customer had cleaned out drain filter but it did not help symptoms. I found the drain line over inserted in the stand pipe causing possible siphoning. I then ran a spin cycle but the unit failed to spin a full rotation. I then tried to had spin the drum. The drum was very stiff and I could hear pieces moving around indicating damage to the spider gear. "Upon inspection the fridge had made a rattling noise from the compressor and then stopped cooling. There is a strong smell in the unit as well. I removed the evaporator cover and inspected the fans, heater and coils. The heater has an oil substance on it and I could hear a slow leak. I then replaced the main control and put the unit in test mode. The compressor failed to start. The compressor has failed and the sealed system will need a rebuild. "Tapped into system and got high side pressure at 93.5 and low side at 41.3 indicating a failed compressor. I reclaimed a full charge worth of refrigerant. Unit will need the compressor, and drier replaced. I removed old compressor and drier from unit. I then installed and welded in new compressor and drier. Then proceeded to pressurize system with nitrogen to 140 psi. I checked all welds with bubble leak detector and no leaks were found. Next I vacuumed down the system for 30 minutes and achieved a 984 micron vacuum. After removing vacuum, pump the vacuum settled out at 615 microns. Vacuum holding steady. Compressor was not running but on the control board was a locked compressor error code went ahead and changed out compressor and filter dryer vacuumed unit down to 590 ?m also put in 2.1 ounces of our 600 A and while unit is running for 10 minutes low side drop down to negative one on the low side and high side was up to 65 unit is now good to go.
