"Tech arrived and washer is pulled out of the cabinetry. Door is locked and washer is very full of water. Tech powered machine on and started drain and spin. No operations occur, aside from a continuous ticking side which is originating from the motor. Removed rear cover and tested motor windings at the inverter control board. Two windings are missing. Removed harnesses and motor tests properly at the motor. Tech removed harness and found that two wires have been pinched and broken. Repaired wiring, reassembled washer, and ran tests. Washer passes testing and completes a rinse/spin cycle followed by an express wash cycle. Job is complete."
