Checked all Lokring connections, no leaks from lokrings. Tapped system, system at -18 and 53. Unit equalized at 13.6. Evacuated refrigerant, pushed nitrogen, nitrogen making it all the way through the system. Found schrader valve on high and low side loose. Pressurized system with 100psi of nitrogen, no pressure drop with in 10 minutes. Vacuumed system to 1000 microns, pressures held. Recharged with 2.6oz of r600. Unit is cooling. Ordering main control and freezer evaporator cover. Will need to return when parts arrive. ; ordrng 1 DA97-21002A (Evap cover) and 1 DA92-01199B (Pcb)"

"Customer states that the dishwasher won't drain. Tech verified complaint as tub is full of water. Tech closed the door and water begins siphoning out of the overflow. Tech quickly mopped water up and used fan to dry the floor. Tech started and canceled a cycle to force the drain pump on. Pump is energized and rotor is moving, but no water is being moved. Tech reached under washer to unplug the fill valve for more testing and the solenoid snapped off of the valve body. Tech shut water supply off and vacuumed water off of floor. Closer inspection of the valve shows prolonged leak having been occurring, as valve is rusty with calcium staining. Tech removed water from tub with vacuum and began disassembling the sump. Sump has multiple shards of broken glass. With top filter screen removed, tech can see a slit in the silicone Sump material. Dishwasher will need to be pulled and have Sump, Pump, and fill valve replaced. Provided a quote for the customer and customer declined repairs at this time. Job is complete."

"Tech arrived and inspected fridge. Fresh food compartment is 39 degrees, flex zone is 41 degrees, and freezer is -1 degrees. Compressor and fans are on and running. Checked ice bin and bin has 5 or 6 batches of ice inside of it. Tech pulled fridge away from the wall and removed machine cover for testing. Machine cover is already removed. Tech felt suction and discharge lines and heat exchange is actively occurring. Compressor is consuming 1.1a and is running smoothly. Tech reinstalled rear cover and pushed fridge back into the cabinetry. Tech disassembled freezer and found that the craft ice maker had made 3 cubes today. System is set to produce 3 cubes in a 24hr period. Tech removed evaporator cover and found a perfect frost pattern. Fridge is a single evaporator model, which leads tech to believe that a door was accidently left open, causing a loss of cooling for 3 days. Tech can not prove nor disprove any refrigeration failures at this time. Job is complete."
