"Customer states that the dishwasher has leaked on consecutive cycles yesterday and today. Both leaks occurred from the front left corner of the machine while in use. Tech inspected and toe kick is already removed. Started 49 minute wash cycle and used a mirror and flash light to inspect for leakage. Several drips of water occur from the left side hinge. Water leak is originating from above the hinge somewhere. Opened the door and can see that water has gotten past the tub seal at nearly the top left corner of the machine. Tech removed and reinstalled the tub seal (has been replaced twice by the customer) and leaking still continues. Removed all three spray assemblies and tech can find no damage on any which would lead to a leak developing. As a last test, tech pressed on the outer door and noticed that leaking begins when pressure is applied to the right side. Minimal pressure is all that is required. Tech asked customers if any damage has occurred to the door and the customers recalled having tripped over the door one time when it was open. Tech believes that the door or frame of the machine is ever-so-slightly twisted and is causing the leak. Tech explained that repairing that issue is not reasonable and that due to the age, a replacement machine is a more financially sound idea. Job is complete."

"Turned timer to timed dry and timer motor is running. 243vac is supplied to the unit. Pressing start button does nothing and no noises are heard other than the timer. Disassembled dryer and confirmed the belt tensioner switch is working properly, the floor switch is proper, and verified that all fuses and thermostats on the heater are closed. Checked wiring diagram and found a tco located in the door. Checked tco and foubd damaged wiring. Repaired wiring and reassembled for testing. Dryer immediately starts tumbling and heating when the start button is pressed. Allowed dryer to run for 10 minutes and tech can hear the thermostats cycling on and off. Dryer passes operational tests. Job is complete."

"Customer says that the fan is making noise again. Tech arrived and found temperatures proper in both zones of the fridge. No noise is actively occurring. Entered service mode and found error 1022. Auto test mode passes and sensors are reading 5c and ambient is reading 28c. Error is for the auto door system and does not appear relevant for the incomplete defrost that is continuing to occur. Tech entered manual test mode and ran the defrost heaters. Condensate is forming in the pan, properly, confirming that the system does operate. The defrost heater, drain heater, defrost thermistor, defrost fuse, and room thermistor were previously replaced as the drain heater had stopped working and sensors were giving unusual readings. Since the door is closing properly and the seals are supple, tech would suggest replacement of the main control computer which activates and monitors the defrost system. Tech provided quote and customer declined. Tech let customer know that a part warranty may exist on the computer for up to 5 years and that the warranty can be activated if the customer calls the 1-800 number for the manufacturer, per their paperwork included with the fridge. Customer will reach out to her sales rep at the local dealer and reach out to the manufacturer. Job is complete."

"Customer says that the dryer won't start. Description from the office indicates no heat, but that's incorrect. Tech tested the door switch and found interior light cycling properly. Removed access panel and ducting. Thermal cut off fuse has opened due to an overheating occurrence. Bypassed fuse for testing. Heater is cycling on and off and airflow leaving home is fantastic, as total vent length is less than 4 feet. Tech tested the bias thermostat by adjusting to different temperatures and confirmed that cycle times are adjusting properly. Neither leg of the heating element shows any grounding out or issues. Tech believes fuse may have failed due to sheer age, as it is original. Custo.er also had dryer set to the second hottest temperature which is unnecessary as the venting is so short. Tech suggests replacing the fuse and using a lower temperature cycle. Customer approved repair. Tech installed new thermal cut off fuse and reassembled the dryer. Ran tests for an additional 15 minutes and no issues are seen. Job is complete. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THRML CUTOUT) from stock"
