"Unit pulled out when arrived. Unit completely warmed up. Compressor will not run. 3 blink error on the board for open winding on the compressor. Unit has a failed compressor, and will,need compressor, and filter drier replaced to repair. Tapped into system and got equalized pressure of 15psi confirming just a failed compressor. I reclaimed full charged worth of refrigerant. Unit will need the compressor, and drier replaced. I removed old compressor and drier from unit. I then installed and welded in new compressor and drier. Then proceeded to pressurize system with nitrogen to 200 psi. I checked all welds with bubble leak detector and no leaks were found. Next I vacuumed down the system for 15 minutes and achieved a 769 micron vacuum. After removing vacuum, pump the vacuum settled out at 1488 microns. Vacuum holding steady. I then recharged system with 48g r600a a refrigerant. Unit is now running and beginning to blow cold air. Allow 24 hours for unit to cycle temps back down to normal. "Customer states dryer is heating but taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Customer recently had vents completely cleaned and a roofer confirmed the vent was clear in the past week. Ran vent blockage test on unit and it passed. Drum was not as hot as it shouldve been after running test. Disassembled unit to test heating components. All components on heater assembly test good for continuity and ohms. Thermistor and tco on blower wheel test good. Customer mentioned after running a cycle and the clothes not being completely dry, they will start another cycle and it will end almost immediately thinking the clothes are dry. Tested sensor bar without clothes and it tested infinite. Tested with a wet sock pressed against it and sensor measure 25ohms. Samsung states it should measure about 190ohms with wet clothes. Unit will need a new sensor bar. Also ordering main pcb in case there is a bad relay that is causing intermittent heat issues. ; ordrng 1 DC97-16741C (Moisture sensor assembly) and 1 DC92-02869W (Main pcb)"

Upon inspection the refrigerator had no power. I first pulled the unit and checked the outlet. There was no power at the outlet. I then went and found the breaker flipped. Upon inspection the oven had made a boom and smelled of gas. I first put my meter on the igniter and tested amp draw. The igniter only pulled 2.6 amps and needs to pull 3 amps to ignite properly. Upon inspection the dryer will not heat during cycles. I disassembled the unit and inspected the heater. I found one of the wires going to the heater burnt and broken. "Customer states the freezer door gasket isnt sealing and there is ice buildup he has to clear all the time. Issue was sticking right side drawer rail keeping drawer from fully closing. Pulled drawer rails fully opened and then closed to ensure fully movement returned. Once done, the drawer fully closed and the gasket is now sealing properly again. Customer asked about maintenance and I offered a condenser cleaning which he declined at this time."

"Customer states that her water system was bypassed a few years ago and now she can not use a filter inside the machine. She was told that the filter parts were discontinued and issues could not be repaired. Customer wants a second opinion to verify if that is the case or not. Tech tested water flow and confirmed that it is dispensing properly. Looked at bulk tank inside unit and can see that the lines are swapped and jg fittings are being used to bypass filtration. Tech checked parts diagram and found part number for filter head and lines. Part is discontinued nationally and appears to have been discontinued in 2017 or so. Tech explained that a plumber could be hired and they could install an in-line filter prior to the fridge, which would be a viable solution. Customer declined. Job is complete."
