Then adjusted temp up to 400, and cycle continued correctly. Oven will always overshoot initial preheat. So waiting 5 to 10 minutes after preheat for more equalized temps is a good idea. Found it while I was running the machine with seven towels in the unit that it was not shaking abnormally. And it was operating properly. Customer then informed me that Nebraska furniture Mart had told them that they can wash 15 towels at a time. I then instructed customer that this is too many clothes inside of the machine. Blower thermal fuse on dryer keeps blowing after 20-30 min. Checked heater and its not grounded. Cycling thermostat is cycling the heater on and off. Blower thermistor is reading 11.2kmohms at room temp which is in spec. Necked venting and it is clear and has good flow. Customer states unit wouldnt turn on after a load was completed. When arrived, pressed power button and unit turned on. Inserted thermocouple in dryer and ran at high heat on timed dry. Dryer reached 260* before settling at around 125*. Ran at that temp for 15 minutes before turning heater on. Reached 260* again and then leveling around 125* for 15 minutes. Ran air flow test in the different positions with a kink less hose. Each test resulted in a failure. Would recommend having dryer vent cleaned. Vent is on 3rd story of residential building. Customer will contact commercial vent cleaner.
