"Customer states unit will power cycle in the middle of running a cycle. When it powers off it will come right back on like someone unplugged it and plugged it back in. Sometimes unit will also turn itself on when sitting idle (it lights up, doesnt start on its own). No complaints of noise or abnormal behavior while unit is running. When spinning tub by hand it is stiff but this is because the unit has a magnetic braking system. If you unplug unit tub spins freely just fine. Ran 2 spin cycles on highest setting with no issues found in spin. Called tech line who confirmed my suspicion of Ui issues as all main PCB does is send dc voltage to UI, nothing more. "Customer says that his fridge and freezer are not working. Inspected and both zones are 75 degrees. Pulled fridge and found compressor running and very hot. Condenser fan is not operating. Tech spent time getting fan to spin again and then allowed 10 minutes to see if temperatures would change. Temperature does not come down. Disassembled freezer and found no frost pattern developing on the evaporator. System has been previously repaired, so tech connected guages. Leak has occurred and low side is at 8000 microns. Pushed 180psi of nitrogen into the system and confirmed leaking. Leaking appears to be occurring in the condenser and possibly in several other lines. Due to age and likely cost of repairs, customer believes that now is the right time to order and replace his fridge. Job is complete."

Tech entered diagnostics and verified that the f3e1 code is present. No other errors are occurring. Started on board test cycle and looked up code. Code indicates a pressure system error. Self test cycle completes without issue. Error code has been problematic in duet models as it requires a new acu, new pressure transducer, new air dome kit, and a new drain pump in order to address all attributes of the water level and detection system. "Customer says that the water dispenser intermittently won't operate. Also having issues with temperature fluctuations in the fridge. Tech connected newfi device and found data supporting techs belief that the fan has failed. Software update was previously done, while under warranty. Tech provided a discounted repair quote, as updated software is already applied and the customer approved. Installed the new 7 blade fan and discarded that 3 blade nidec model. Reassembled fridge and verified that the fan is now operating around 2500 rpm and temperatures are stabilizing in the fresh food compartment. Door ice maker drops a batch of ice and auccessfully refills with water. 15 minutes after shutting the doors, temperatures has already fallen to 43 on the room and 23 on the coil. Machine passes testing and no further issues need addressed at this time. Job is complete. ; used 1 WR60X35205 (MTR) from stock"

Unit leaking water from the inlet valve. It is an outdoor unit. Customer took valve apart and put it back together to try and fix it. Found it was missing a piece. The bracket that holds the solenoid to the valve body was bent likely from water freezing inside of it. I bent it back and reassembled the valve. Hooked water to valve and it is. O longer leaking. Reinstalled valve and ran unit and it is filling and not leaking.
