Customer says that unit leaked water out onto the floor. I removed bottom toe kick and inspected underneath, insulation is dry and from what I can tell the unit does not appear to be leaking from sump area. This leaves the door gasket as the obvious next step, upon further inspection seal is damaged and the vent cap is missing. I will call squaretrade, and let them know my findings.
