Upper bin is frozen in place, so tech had to break it to remove it. Room is filled with 1'+ of water and ice around the bin due to a leak. Removed water and ice and test cycled ice maker. Water leaks when ice maker is filling. Tech removed ice maker and auger assembly. Ceiling is missing the rubber water director and spray reducer. Part is not replaceable so tech called manufacturer. Justine at technical support indicates that it's okay for that part ro.be missing. Tech argued that it is the cause of the leak in this unit and the ice maker will continue to leak without it. Technicial support documented issue with video and picture but provided no guidance. Tech installed g auger back into the unit along with a new ice maker and bin. Ran two test cycles of the ice maker and both cycles leak. Tech shut off ice maker to prevent leaking into the refrigerator zone. "Customer says that fridge was delivered and installed prior to them moving into the home. Customer has cameras around his property and noticed a puddle of water on the floor in the basement. Customer called his builder whom came over to the home, shut the water off, and pulled the fridge out of the cabinetry. Tech arrived and fridge is pulled out. Water supply is off. Tech checked interior zones and around the machine for signs of leak and none are present. Turned the water supply back on and continued monitoring. Tested both ice makers and they fill with water properly and no leaking is seen. Tested water dispenser and dispensed over 1 gallon and no issues are seen. Auto-fill pitcher is unwrapped and packaging material is removed and the pitcher is turned off in the settings. Tech turned the pitcher on and filled it with water 14 times and no leaking is found in or around the machine. Tech checked around the filter assembly and everything is dry. Tech then noticed that the drain plug on the auto fill pitcher is detached and hanging. Tech ran test of the overflow assembly and found no moisture detectors are installed on this unit. Water filter usage shows 96% remaining. Due to the symptoms, pictures, and physical evidence on hand, tech believes that the automatic fill pitcher was not unwrapped upon delivery. Water supply was turned on and machine was plugged in. Auto fill pitcher attempted to fill with water and continued attempting to fill with water while nobody was in home. Plastic wrap on the top of the pitcher prevented pitcher from filling and deflected water into the fridge compartment, and subsequently into the convertible drawer. Tech also believes that when the installation team returned to the house to inspect the damages, he/she was the one who turned off the auto fill feature and unplugged the drain to remove water from the overflow reservior (plug could have been disconnected at the factory, but tech has never seen that occur). Due to findings, and lack of a leak on today's visit, tech believes issues are resolved. Job is complete."

Upon inspection the refrigerators ice maker wouldnt produce ice. The water dispenser does work but has very little pressure. I cleared ice from the bucket and steamed the fill line out. I then cycled the ice maker multiple times but it did not call for water. Customer had also not changed water filter for multiple years.
