Now an error message is displayed and won't clear out, so customer unplugged the washer. Tech plugged washer into the outlet and clear flood mode is engaged. Drain pump is running continuously and 'H2O SUPPLY' is displayed on the screen. Tech let system run in the self clear mode for 10 minutes and the computers reset. Ran a speedwash cycle and washer passes all operational tests. Tech cleared error code for the supply issue that was geberated by the customer. No repairs are needed or suggested at this time, as tech can not replicate the slow leak/drip that prompted the customer to shut the unit off. Job is complete."

"Home is brand new and washer is previous from customers last home. Inspected washer and the door bellows is damaged in multiple areas and heavy signs of leaking are present. Tech checked connections and the standpipe cover has not been removed at the wall. Customer has waterlines connected but couldn't figure out where the drain goes. Tech cut out the plastic cover and placed the drain hose into the wall. Due to severity of the damage to the door bellows, tech did not run any cycles, except to verify that water fills and drains. Tech also noticed that the dryer venting is not installed correctly as the hvac company did not properly cut down the hard pipe that passes through the flooring. Pipe is inserted into the wall receptacle at an angle and is partially crushed. Builder will need to return to home to address dryer issues before customer can return to full usage. Tech had waiver signed due to the damage on the washer, the certainty of leaking that will occur, and because the dryer is not properly vented out of the home. Job is complete."

Customer states unit is getting error code not sure which one checked error history no error codes found. Customer states unit will run for about 15 minutes then stop. And beep. Found evidence of a leak but no leak was found while running. Most likely from drawer being open with water stuck to lid. Door on front of unit was falling off customer had to glue back on screws stripped Customer would either have to get new custom door or purchase door for unit. Unit was slight dropping down in the front raised unit and reinstalled screws door now closes well like it should.
