Arrived and foubd that user interface boots up and allows selections to be made. Started cycle and after 3 seconds have lapsed, machine beeps 3 times. Controls believe door is open. Used newfi diagnostic tool to verify findings and all sensor/ low voltage operations are corrupt. Main control assembly has failed and no longer can determine operations. Called homeowner and provided quote for replacement computer and homeowner approved. Installed updated main control assembly and started new cycle. Dishwasher immediately starts. Machine fills with water, circulates water, heats the water, opens the detergent module, and successfully drains out. After 20 minutes of run time, tech is satisfied that all systems are working as expected. Job is complete.

"Upon inspection the dryer had sparked and popped the breaker after trying to turn on. I first gained access to the cabinet and removed the drum. I then tested the heater coils, heater thermostat and hi limit. All three tested good. I then found the outlet hi limit blown and the wire had broken and arced to the cabinet. The idler pulley was also very worn and needs replaced. Noticed water dripping from all sides and center of ice maker, causing it to rain down onto the cut cubes. Set in diagnostics and ran through cycles. Each cycle operated properly. Sat with unit during and entire cycle fro, start to finish. Noticed only 1/4 of the left side was melting. Inspecting further, found the grid heater to have broken a coil, causing an improper electrical circuit through entire gird heater. Which then caused the ice to back up allowing water to flow all inside the machine. "Upon inspection the washer had been giving a over suds and long drain error code. I first tried to run a drain and spin cycle to test the drain pump. The pump was working but extremely slow. I then disconnected power and gained access to the drain pump and filter. After draining the water I checked the filter and found it full of debris. I cleared the debris and reassembled the unit.
