The arm was seized in place and would not allow the ice maker to turn on. I then disconnected power and installed a new ice maker. Upon inspection the washer had failed to spin. I first tipped the unit back and found the motor pulley sheared off. The belt was also destroyed from running on the broken pulley. I replaced the pulley and belt. I then ran a test cycle and the washer failed to spin. The motor is locked and I will return with a new one to complete the repair. "Customer states unit was not igniting, and they were able to manually light it. Once lit, it burned the food. Entered diagnostics and checked for error codes. No error codes. Went to go set unit to bake 350 and noticed display was set to Celsius. Asked if that was their normal settings and was informed they use Fahrenheit. Swapped settings and set to bake 350. While using a calibrated fluke thermocouple, I watched temperatures rise to set temps. Monitored temperatures and watched unit shut off at preheat and drop to 334*. Once at 334* could hear igniter click and temps rose to 367. Temps then started to drop. Opened door and dropped internal temp to 290. Unit slowly climbed to 319* before igniter clicked on and heated unit to 365 before shutting off flame. Repeated that 3 times. Unit operating properly at this time. Only issue was the Celsius setting."

"Customer states that condenser fan must be bad again, as sides of machine are warm and interior temperatures are not proper. Tech checked machine and found the unit pulled out with a small fan placed behind, blowing on condenser. Freezer temperature is 0 to 4 and fridge temp is 46 to 50. Plugged newfi device into port and checked errors. Error for condenser fan failure is present, as documented previously by other tech. Cleared code and code does not come back. Removed machibe cover and found condenser fan actively working to remove heat from the system. Checked for debris, rodents, fitment issues, and all other possible causes for fan error; and tech finds nothing. Checked diagnostic logs and thermistor read outs to make sure fan issue has actually been occurring. Tech finds no concrete evidence of fan issues unless issues started occurring prior to 6 days ago (as far back as data will go). Warmest tempersture of the freezer is between 5 and 8 and fridge warmest temperatures were 42-46. Due to presence of error code and common nature of fan failure in this machine, tech provided quote for new fan. Customer declined due to cost. "Customer states unit takes a long time to preheat and is not cooking correctly. Customer is using analog thermometer at the front of the oven, analog thermometers do not accurately display temperatures because there is a large delay for the thermometer to get to the air temperature. The ovens temperature sensor is in the back of the oven. More heat is lost towards the front so at the end of the preheat, the front of the oven will be a lower temperature than the rear of the oven. Recommend that customer allows oven to preheat for at least 10 minutes after it beeps to allow the entire oven cavity to come up to an even temperature. Job complete."

"Customer states that washer kept filling or refilling with water instead of finishing the cycle. After a few times noticing this, customer was able to cancel the cycle and drain the washer out. Customer was washing sheets when issue occurred. Tech believes out of balance issue or water detection issue may be present. Entered service mode but no errors are stored. Ran auto test and machine works properly. Started consumer cycle, deep wash, on warm. Washer successfully fills to 12-14 inches of water, locks the lid, agitates, drains, and spins out without issue. Tech finds no immediate issues with washer operation or performance. Tech believes cycle with sheets likely created an out of balance issue, which caused the machine to refill and then agitate again to distribute items. With no active issues and no errors to go off of, tech can't make further suggestions. Job is complete."

Upon inspection the refrigerator had leaked water near the front left corner. I first checked the freezer but found no evidence of a clogged drain. I then removed the toe kick and checked the water line going to the door. A fitting on the line was corroded but not leaking. I then checked the inlet water valve and found similar corrosion but no leaks. I also found evidence of water dripping down the front of the freezer door from the dispenser tray. "Upon inspection the dishwasher had leaked out the front during cycles. I first checked the door seal and it is in good shape. I then connected my diagnostic device and checked for error codes. There were no error codes present. I noticed the dishwasher was loaded with bowls facing the door on the bottom rack. Also, there were other items nearly blocking the spray arm preventing it from spinning. Both of these loading issues can cause the dishwasher to leak from the front.
