Upon inspection the dryer does tumble but will not heat. I first checked the outlet and confirmed it had a good 240V. I then disconnected power and gained access to the heater. The thermal fuse and outlet thermistor both tested ok. I then tested the heater coils and they did have continuity. I then further inspected the heater coils and found signs of thermal stress under load. The heater it setting of the thermostat when electricity is run through it.
