Found unit was in a defrost cycle which explains the warmer temps. Explained to the customer that the water tank is small about the size of a coke can and in the door so you will never get super cold water from it and after one glass water the cold water tank has been emptied of chilled water. Customer states the washer stops and a message of water tap comes up. Was unable to duplicate the issue after several tests. Removed the washer and checked the flow meter and water valve which tested fine. Removed water line and tested flow and for clogs on the filter and there were no issues. The connection on the flow meter was a little loose so I fully connected it back onto the sensor board. During tests and normal run over 20 minutes the error never returned. No kinks in either the water line or drain line and drain line is clear of debris.

Upon inspection the washer was leaking from the bottom during cycles. I first tipped the unit back and inspected for water. The drain pump looked ok and did show signs of leaking. The gear case had grease leaking and showed signs of a leak. Water had leaked through the seal and down to the clutch assembly. "During inspection compressor was locked up. Unit will need the compressor, and drier replaced. I removed old compressor and drier from unit. I then installed and welded in new compressor and drier. Then proceeded to pressurize system with nitrogen to 200 psi. I checked all welds with bubble leak detector and no leaks were found. Next I vacuumed down the system for 20 minutes and achieved a xxx micron vacuum. After removing vacuum, pump the vacuum settled out at xxx microns. Vacuum holding steady. I then recharged system with 60g of r600 refrigerant. Unit is now running and beginning to blow cold air. Allow 24 hours for unit to cycle temps back down to normal. Job complete. Ali!"

Return with parts. Put unit into forced defrost. Disassembled unit and removed remaining ice buildup with the use of a steamer. Thoroughly dried all moisture from around the evaporator. Removed old defrost sensor and installed the new one, firmly secured wires with zip ties. Installed foam insulation around drain pan to help prevent frost buildup and replaced drain tube heater probe with the updated longer probe to ensure drain tube will not freeze up. Replaced drain tubes on rear of unit with updated part to prevent any future clogs in drain tube. Reassembled unit and confirmed proper operation, unit functions properly. "Customer states unit is melting freezer. Temps at arrival. 44 ff, 28 frz. Tapped into system, after 10 minutes of static low side remained at 3, while high was at 30. When tapped in, a good amount of oil squirted out of processing port. Found weak compressor causing oil to flood system. Removed compressor and flushed fridge system. Welded in new compressor. Pressure tested with 100 psi nitrogen. Charged with 1.9oz of r600. Unit operating properly. Called customer to inform of what was done. Drain has frozen again. Inspected. Drain heater is operating. Found evap motor is reverse airflow and pushes air down evaporator instead of up and out. Called manufacturer. Verified airflow is correct. They state if everything is working may be time to replace unit as it is 10 years past expected lifespan. Different seriel ranges use standard airflow. It is possible the reverse airflow is causing drain issues by pushing air down into drain. Gave option of changing airflow to standard and would also recommend replacing drain tubing. Completely experimental repair attempt and have no certainty would correct issue. Will order parts. ; ordrng 1 1601400 (Drain tube) and 1 4200720 (Evap motor)

Found evidence of an air leak underneath ice maker, checked gaskets, gaskets are sealing, found rip in gasket on fresh food door. Removed evaporator cover, frost pattern looks good. Found screws for evaporator fan housing slightly loose causing a rattle. Tightened screws rattle stopped. Checked damper function. Damper is opening and closing as it should. Compressor and condenser fan is making no unusual sound and functioning properly.
