"Customers continued complaint of no heat after a few uses. Ran unit on air fluff and checked airflow at exterior. Limited flow found. Cleaned vents again and found some lint. Unorthodox venting with some pictures piping used. Disassembled unit and found same thermalcutout failed. Checked resistance of element and found between 1-3 40ohms, 1-2 22ohms, and 2-3 22ohms. Unit will need element assembly 5301EL1001H if this issue happens again. Thoroughly cleaned whole unit of lint and found small blockage at lint screen well. "Customer states that the freezer ice maker is not working. Verified temperatures are proper. Used newfi to check status of components. Ff feedback error is present, but fan is working. Ran test of ice maker and found water did not enter the ice mold. Removed ice maker and tested the fill tube heater. Heater is energized with electricity (120.4vac) and heater resistance is 966ohm. No immediate issue is found with fill tube. Allowed heater to run for 5 minutes and heater is physically warm to the touch. Opened valves to release water and water still won't pass through to the ice maker. Pulled fridge and removed valve. Solenoid is not open and 120vac is supplied. Reconnected harness and retested ice maker and valve not operates properly. Tech is unable to determine if line was frozen or if valve was having issues. Provided proactive quote for new fill tube and new valve. Customer declined repairs at this time as machine seemingly is operating. Job is complete."
