"Customer states that machine has not been cooling properly for roughly half a year. Has had 3 compressor replacements and two evaporator replacements thus far. Each repair has lasted a month or two, then cooling becomes poor again. Tech took temperatures of machine and became immediately suspicious of refrigeration issues. Fresh food is 48-51 and freezer is 33-40. Disassembled freezer compartment and checked evaporator frost pattern. Evaporator has no frost and refrigerant lines have developed a large ice ball. Sealed system failure is present. Due to recent activity on machine, tech believes a leak is occurring. Customer indicated that both evaporators have been replaced, which leads tech to believe that condenser or yoder leak is occurring. Technician with sealed system tools will be required for repair and more precise diagnosis. Will submit parts for authorization to warranty company. Job is not complete. Customer states unit is making a squealing noise when operating. Started the unit and could hear the noise in question almost instantly. Let unit run and did not hear any other noise. Canceled out cycle and drained. Started another cycle and verified the same noise during the fill portion. Unit has a inlet valve causing the high-pitched noise. Inlet valve is still filling to the recommended levels and currently not causing any issues with the wash cycle. If problem gets louder would recommend replacing.

Will also give ERR on the display and shut the cycle off entirely. Tech is suspicious of fill valve issues or drain issue based on description. Started light wash cycle and pulled tech manual. Recalled codes and found multiple codes stored for various reasons. Tech ran self tests and looked for issues. Tech found water fill to be quite slow. Door lock, agitation, heater, drain, and spin all work properly for technician. Tech believes that water fill is improper, causing the machine to fill slowly. Slow fill appears to force the washer into using its heating element to reach an appropriate temperature, which extends the cycle further. Provided quote for repair. Customer states that they used the top oven and caused uneven baking. Recommend too wait a couple more mins after the preheat is finished to even out a lot more. Top oven is also smaller and closer to the element which will cook a lot faster than your normal oven. For a more evenly bake I recommend using the bottom oven cause it has a convection fan that will distribute the temp more even and have better results.
