"Customer states unit tumbles for hours with no heat and doesnt shut off. Started unit and verified no heat in drum. Tested outlet and for 120v on L1 and 19V on L2. When to breaker to check fuses. Both fuses tested good for continuity. Left 1 fuse removed and tested outlet. Got 120v on L1 and 120v on L2 with 240v from L1 to L2. Had same results with both fuses removed. Dryer would tumble and make heat when 240 is supplied to dryer. With both fuses in, volts would go back to initial findings of 120v & 19v. Left both fuses in and informed customer of findings and to contact an electrician.
