"Customer states that wash performance isn't proper and that drying is not working at all. Customer has had to hand dry all dishes after cycles are complete. Tech entered settings and adjusted. Turned on extra dry, changed sensor to sensitive, and maintained rinse aid setting of 5/6, even though home is on a water softener. Turned dishwasher onto auto and selected star dry and sanitize options. Placed thermocouple into the sump and allowed operation to occur. Incoming water temperature is at 110 degrees and is a bit under the recommended home setting. After 1hr of wash has occurred, heater is energized inside machine and water temperature is climbing steadily. After 30 additional minutes, temperature has now reached 165 degrees. Heating systems inside the machine have all passed their tests and unit appears to be working flawlessly after settings and cycle changes. Job is complete."

"Customer states that a bug got into the display on their microwave. Bug was alive and crawling around for a few days and has since died. Bug is visible anytime microwave is open, closed, or used. Tech inspected display and can clearly see winged gnat inside panel. Uninstalled microwave and remover panel. Removed display and gnat fell out. Reinstalled console and gnat is still visible. Removed display again and removed display glass from pcb. Removed second gnat. Reassembled console and verified nothing else remains. Issue is now resolved, job is complete."

Found the drain was free and clear while it was defrosting at the top of the condensation drain. Removed duckbills in the back and found that they were dry. Put steamer in condensation drain from the bottom and was eventually able to clear the frozen line. Install parts as previously diagnosed. Tested unit without vent connected after installation and unit was heating as designed. Removed about 2 feet of flexible venting behind unit. Customer claims vents head been cleaned recently. Flexible vent had a lot of lint in it and pipe going into floor also had lint stuck to the sides. Would recommend professional vent cleaning from exterior.
