"Customer states that ice maker has not worked in months. Tech entered kitchen area and recognized machine as one that he repaired previously. Ice maker had a brand new OEM valve installed during the previous visit. Tech opened door and found room at 6 degrees. Thin layer of frost is present on walls from refrigeration working. Ice maker begins harvest batch so tech watched operation. Ejector fingers rotate 360 degrees, come to a rest, but no water enters ice mold. Removed toe kick panels and checked valve. Solenoid windings are open and valve has failed again. Previous valve also had the windings open. Manually started ice maker and found 120vac supplied to valve for roughly 3 seconds during test cycle, indicating that ice maker is working properly. Tech checked for updated parts and found that no newer parts are available for model. Will order another OEM valve and return for repair in the next few business days. Unit has a sealed system issue will need compressor and filter drier estimate 1144.70 customer approved repair. Tapped into system low side 46.7 high side 76.4. Replaced compressor and filter drier. Pressurized system to 150 psi and verified no leaks. Found when purging system alot of oil came out of high side. Sweep charged system then vacuumed down to 860 microns. Recharged system with 4.2oz r134a. Checked pressures found low side fluctuating between -4 and 3 psi high side 96. Unit may still have oil restriction if does not cool properly will need to replace evaporator #5421JJ1001B. Job complete

"Upon inspection the dishwasher has multiple issues. I first ran a test cycle and the unit filled properly. The door seal is cracked and torn in multiple places which will cause a leak. The spray arms failed to spin during the wash cycle due to a failing wash motor as well as heavily clogged spray arms. I unclogged the spray arms but the wash motor was still unable to move the arms. I also found that the door latch has failed and the unit will still run when the door is opened. Upon inspection the washer seemed to be not agitating. I put the unit in service mode and tested the agitation. The washer seemed to be agitating correctly. I then opened the lid and found the the shifter had not shifted to agitation and was still in spin. I tipped the unit back and found the splutch not attached to the shifter.
