"Ice in the freezer melted. Freezer was 22* when I arrived fridge was 42. Checked cooling history and the freezer spiked to 50-60* but was pulling back down. Removed machine compartment panel and condenser was completely blocked with dust build up. Watching the temp and the freezer defrost sensor got down to 0 pretty quickly after condenser was cleaned. Going to let it run over the weekend to see how the freezer temps behave. If it doesnt get back down to temp unit has a refrigerant leak and will need fresh food evaporator, and filter drier replaced to repair."

Upon inspection the dishwasher has had poor performance and left dishes dirty. I first inspected the inside and found a large spoon blocking the lower spray arm. I removed the spoon and ran a test cycle on normal. The dishwasher did not get much water to the upper spray arm. I then tried the unit on heavy and it operated properly. I also ran the unit utilizing both flex zones and was able to have it run the upper spray arm. Upon inspection fridge had made a loud noise coming from the rear. The refrigerator had been unplugged and warm when I arrived. I plugged the unit in and found the condenser fan to be making a harmonic noise. I unplugged the unit and completely removed the fan. The motor was n good shape and was not worn. The fan blade also seated on the motor properly. I reinstalled the fan and let the unit run for 15 minutes without issue. I arrived today with the new water valve to complete the repair. I first removed power and shut off the water. I then replaced the water valve. I then restored power and water to the washer and ran a test on the valves. The hot valve works properly but the cold only has a trickle. I checked the resistance of the valves and both hot and cold are at 1200 ohms which is with standard. I noticed the cold line to the house appears to have low pressure.
