Customer states unit gave F8 e4 code. Had water in drip tray. They cleaned it. Ran a completed cycle. The next cycle it stopped halfway and gave code again. States also gave a f7 e1 code. Pulled codes and confirmed. Second code is was motor failure. Cleared codes and ran machine. Wash motor is squealing but went away after about 15 minutes. After another 5 minutes unit drained and filled again. Wash pump noise returned. After a bit stopped again. After running for an hour no water has leaked. Gave advice on making sure not to block lower spray arm from turning and also maybe switching detergent from cascade with dawn to finish pods as dawn can cause excessive suds and overflow the door.

Unit fills to roughly 8 inches of water and shuts off with 230 displayed on the screen. Tech exited test mode and started consumer rinse cycle with deep fill selected. Washer fills nearly to the top, again, but does not splash out of leak over the tub during test. Cycle completes without issue. Tech factory reset unit as calibration cycle does not exist. Ran a rinse and spin cycle with deep fill not selected. Washer fills to roughly 6 inches and begins agitation. Tech paused cycle and selected deep fill and monitored. Deep fill brings the water level nearly to the top but does not overflow. Tech explained findings to the customer and suggests that customer use the bedding cycle instead of deep fill moving forward. Job is complete."

Tech turned on broil to test electricity and only a single relay clicks. Pulled range and checked power. 243vac is supplied to the terminal block. Turned bake and broil back on and found only 120vac supplied to either element. Double line break was damaged when the element failed and pcb needs replaced as well. Provided quote for new bake element and new computer. Customer declined. "Installed new fill tube and ice making in the freezer due to the fill tube heater being open and the ice mold being shattered. Test cycled ice maker and it works properly. Upper bin is frozen in place, so tech had to break it to remove it. Room is filled with 1'+ of water and ice around the bin due to a leak. Removed water and ice and test cycled ice maker. Water leaks when ice maker is filling. Tech removed ice maker and auger assembly. Ceiling is missing the rubber water director and spray reducer. Part is not replaceable so tech called manufacturer. Justine at technical support indicates that it's okay for that part ro.be missing. Tech argued that it is the cause of the leak in this unit and the ice maker will continue to leak without it. Technicial support documented issue with video and picture but provided no guidance. Tech installed g auger back into the unit along with a new ice maker and bin. Ran two test cycles of the ice maker and both cycles leak. Tech shut off ice maker to prevent leaking into the refrigerator zone.
