I arrived today with the part to complete the repair. I confirmed with customer that house pressure is at 60 psi within the safe range. The case filter was still leaking from the filter head with the filter removed. I replaced the case filter and checked for over cooling. Thermistors were within range and the evaporators are not frozen over. I did find some places on the back wall near the case filter lines that were reading 28?F.
