"Customer states that washer is leaking. Rug around machine is saturated with water. Inspected machine and confirmed. Pulled washer away from wall, leaned it back, and peeked under neath. No components are leaking under the machine. Set machine back down and peeked behind at connections. Hot water fill hose is leaking down the back side of the machine. Active drip is watched. Checked opposing side and the hose is leaking at the shut off connection, as well as, the shut off is leaking as well. Tech showed customer and explained that leaking is exterior of machine and is not a covered issue. Tech strongly encourages customer to contact a plumber to replace the shut offs and fill hoses. Ran hass software update on machine, ran hass testing, and then ran a consumer cycle. No issues are otherwise seen. Job is complete."

After 10 minutes of running, cycle has only progressed 1 minute. After a few more moments, the dishwasher begins running. Allowed cycle to complete.and no codes occurred. Opened drawer and found water is leaking over the top of the tub, down the sides, and into the basin under neath. Leak detection sensor has been triggered and is alerting the customer. Tapped system and evacuated refrigerant. Installed process port on compressor and filter drier. Installed new fitting for Yoder to condenser. Pressurized system to 155 psi and used micron bubbles on all joints. No bubbles present and pressures are holding. Vacuumed system down to 1000 microns. Vacuum is holding. Filled system with 2.65 oz/75g. Put everything back together and cleaned up work area. Slid unit back into place. Explained fox to customer and asked them to put a meat thermometer in a glass of water and monitor temps for the next 2 days. If temps are good, customer can start refilling unit with product. "I reclaimed a full charge worth of refrigerant. Unit will need the compressor, and drier replaced. I removed old compressor and drier from unit. I then installed and welded in new compressor and drier. Then proceeded to pressurize system with nitrogen to 200 psi. I checked all welds with bubble leak detector and no leaks were found. Next I vacuumed down the system for 20 minutes and achieved a 732 micron vacuum. I updated main pcb software for new compressor. After removing vacuum, pump the vacuum settled out at 1180 microns. Vacuum holding steady. I then recharged system with 6.17 oz of r134 a refrigerant. Unit is now running and beginning to blow cold air. Allow 24 hours for unit to cycle temps back down to normal.
