"Customer states unit just stopped cooling all at once. When arrived unit was unplugged. Plugged unit in and observed compressor and fan not running. Set unit in test mode from button on main PCB. Condenser fan turned on, compressor did not. Verified voltage coming out of the board. Pressed button on board again and watched voltage climb. Came out of test mode and observed condenser fan running, but not compressor. Verified voltage at board. Unit has locked compressor. Drove to shop for new compressor. Tapped into system. Had 14.5/6 on high/low. Suctioned out refrigerant in the system. Cut out bad compressor and filter drier. Installed new compressor and drier. Charged system with nitrogen up to 190psi. Verified no leaks with leak bubbles. Vacuumed unit down to 640 microns. Charged system with 1.69oz of r600. Pressures got to -7 low & 49.5 on high. Unit is operating properly. Tech insoected and found temperatures proper. 37 at floor and 41 at ceiling. Dropped console and took reading of thermistor. Thermistor is reading on the Mohm scale, which is not correct. Removed evaporator cover and immediately found sealed system issue. Evaporator frost pattern is not proper, indicating leak of refrigerant or compressor failure. "Customer states unit trips breaker when top oven is preheated to around 400 degrees. Removed back panel and used clamp ammeter to read amp draw on ignitor while unit was heating. Set unit to heat to 500 degrees and breaker tripped around 400 degrees, amp draw spiked at that temp. Checked resistance of ignitor, multimeter read 17 ohms of resistance on the ignitor and resistance climbed to 38 ohms as unit cooled back down. "New fridge in December. Discovered there was water under the filter before changing it. Replaced filter with another OEM filter and noticed its still dripping water. Its dripping when the ice maker is calling for water customer said. After investigating unit, couldnt find any source of water but it was prominent there is a problem as there was water all over. Replace filter head and water valve and went to reinstall dispenser and noticed water dripping from the rear support to the filter head. There is no water where the hoses penetrate through the cabinet. Called tech line and they said to submit video and pictures of issue and of a clear drain line. Tech line said it had to be water that had accumulated or soaked into the liner that was dripping out as it wouldnt have left water all around inside the dispenser area. Double checked all the hoses and there is no drips/leaks when idle or dispensing. Told customer to just keep an eye on it to see if it returns. Job complete."

"Customer stated the issue returned where it lost power. Closer inspection at the connection at the noise filter board showed a factory flaw where the spade connector female end was inserted into the plastic molex housing at an angle so whe the factory connected the plug to the male connector on the filter board it did not seat into the female end but rested on the outside stil touching the metal so it passed checks. Over time though with gravity and use, the connection failed causing it to arch. I disassembled the connector housing and reseated the female end in the housing so when I reattached the connector to the filter board it locked onto the noise filter male end securing the connection. Tested and there is no more play and arching and no more loss of power"

"Customer states that the unit was not cooling. When I first arrived the unit was powered on and I could on,y hear the fans running. After 20mins the compressor still hasnt turned on. I then put into service mode and tested the compressor individually to see if it would kick on it did not. I then checked the compressor and the ServiceMatters was saying it needs 9.6oh,s ( motor to common ) , and 16.5ohms ( sensor to common ) my reading were setting below that. It so recommended changing out the Orion board if the compressor was bad and needed to be changed. Customer complaint unit trips breaker after running for about 30 minutes on high heat. Connected unit to HASS and ran a full diagnostic. Unit presented no air codes and unit passed diagnostic tests. Removed unit from cabinet and found venting crushed by 70%. Informed customer that this is the issue. Apartment does not have exterior venting available and so customer vents into room. Inform customer that this is not acceptable and he must go to the apartment complex to have room modified for safety. No further repairs are necessary.

Ran diagnostics on unit and as soon as unit when into spin nose was present. Unplugged drain pump while in spin and noise is still present. Unplugged unit and rotated rotor. Found bolt on rotor very loose. Went to hand tighten bolt and bolt head fell off. Bolt has snapped. Removed rotor and attempted to back bolt out with extractor. Unable to remove bolt. "Customer states that upper oven is leaking gas. Had mud out to his home and they promptly shut off the gas and told customer to discontinue use. Tech inspected machine. Turned gas shut off to the 'on' position and used combustible sniffer to look for source of leak. 10 minutes I to testing, tech found small leak inside oven. Gas safety valve is not fully closed, allowing small amount of gas to leak by. Disassembled rear panel and found no mechanical shut off or disconnect on valve assembly.
