"Customer says that the washer flooded the basement while in the tub clean cycle. Tech inspected and found the washer pulled away from the wall and unplugged. Tech removed rear inspection panel and started a 15 minute speed wash cycle. Machine finishes 15 minute cycle without leaking or showing signs of issues. Entered diagnostic test mode and filled washer to maximum level using all 5 solenoids. Turned on the recirculation cycle and monitored. After 10 minutes, no leaking is observed. Put machine into drain and spin and still no leaking is found. Previous signs of moisture are present from the fill hoses and water supply shut off, but interior of washer is dusty and dry. After an additional 15 minutes of run time, tech now sees a few drops of water on the floor of the machine compartment. Tech removed the door bellows and found a small cut which is allowing water to leak. Gave quote to the customer for the replacement bellows and she approved repair. Customer needs to schedule return visit for Tuesday 3-6 as she has an appointment this morning and is going to be unavailable. Job is not complete. ; schdld next appmnt for 3/4 TUE 3-6"

Tech disassembled lower oven and removed the failed convection/bake element. Installed new element and reassembled. Ran tests of oven and found that the zone heats properly to the preheat set points and no linger stops heating at 280 degrees. Ran 15 minutes at 425 to break element in. Removed false floor and placed clamp meter around ignitor wiring. 0a is consumed when oven is turned on. Tech pulled the range and tested voltage at the ignitor harness and verified 122vac is supplied. Provided a quote for a replacement ignitor and the customer approved. Installed new ignitor into the machine and reassembled for testing. Oven ignitor is now consuming 3.5a when energized and gas it properly released and ignited.
