One by one I moved each connector to confirm proper location and plug. Finally I installed the new main pcb. Reassembled the unit and ran a few cycles to confirm there was no signs of any leaks. "Unit at 0 and 37 at time of arrival. Unit is still warming up in the freezer and ice is still melting causing water to pool under the ice bucket. Replaced the electronic control and tested unit. All functions are working properly. Watched ice maker dispense cubes of proper size and fill with water without any drips, leaks or anything of that sort. Was suggested by Whirlpool if no problems found to tilt unit back 1/4 to 1/2 back and to make sure unit is leveled side by side. Unit is now tilted back and leveled. Found water slowly dripping from ice maker after double checking unit over and fixing a vibrating noise coming from the evaporator hitting the unit. "Customer states unit is giving f1 error code which indicates flood sensors going off. Inspected unit and found small puddle of water underneath bottom drawer. Cleaned out all water and tried to run unit but kept getting f1 error even after cleaning sensor which did not allow me to run a leak test. Advised customer to leave open overnight and let all moisture dry including the sensor and in the morning turn it on and wait to see if they get code. If they get code without running unit then a new sensor board will be needed. If they do not get error code, run it, and then get error we will come back and try to find source of leak. "Upon inspection the washer has stopped during a cycle and leaked a bit of water. First, I noticed the control lock was active and preventing starting a cycle. I released the control lock and ran a test cycle. The washer started the cycle. I then used my diagnostic tool to read any stored error codes. The machine had a recent code for a water pressure sensor error. I checked the drain line and found it installed very far into the stand pipe and creating a siphoning effect. This likely caused the washer to overfill and leak. I readjusted the drain line and ran the drain pump to confirm the adjustment worked. "Arrived and neither occupant of home speak English or Spanish, so tech is unable to effectively communicate. After a few moments of waiting outside, tech was able to contact homeowner and speak with them over the phone. Tech was then allowed inside. Freezer is -9 degrees and fridge is 62. Heavy frost accumulation is present around damper area of fridge and return ducts. Evaporator cover and ice maker are covered in heavy frost. Disassembled freezer and confirmed evaporator fan is operating effectively. Evaporator coil has fairly heavy frost and ice accumulation leading tech to believe that a door was ajar for a period of time or that defrost is not occurring properly. Manually moved timer to defrost and defrost heater and bimetal are passing/ consuming 1.8a. Allowed defrost to occur and used steamer to manually thaw air ducts out. Reassembled machine and waited for defrost timer to transition back to cooling mode. Timer never transions, after waiting 40 minutes. Manually advanced the timer to allow cooling to resume.Will order a replacement defrost timer and will return in a few days for installation. Operation of both zones should remain normal until repair can be completed. Job is not complete. ; ordrng 1 WR09X22737 (Defrost timer)"
