"Customer complaint of limited to no ice production still after all fixes. Confirmed ice basket had varying sizes of ice cubes. Inspected ice room again and found water supply line frozen. In the past other services have wrapped the waterline and foil tape to try to extend insulation. I called Tech Line informed me to replace waterline with updated part. This was done on last visit and issues. Still persists. Waterline still frozen. After discussion with Frigidaire service line tech, its his opinion that there is a void in the insulation thats causing subzero temperatures to affect the waterline and freeze the water in it. I concur with Tech Line that the unit is unfixable. Customer to seek help from warranty company."
