Customer states they did a heavy load of wet towels. Unit bounces all over the places and then stopped. Initial inspection I found agitator to be lose and wobbly and suspension was slow to rise after being pushed down. Noticed door lock cover was lose and when inspected found the door lock to have been shaken lose and wedged in between the inner and outer tub. Got lid lock free and tested unit. Could see excessive wobble on agitator while spinning. Recommend replacing all 4 parts.

Cap is missing. Removed agitator bolt and pulled agitator assembly out of machine. Splines on transmission are worn smooth and splines inside agitator are worn smooth. Started washer and watched operation. Clutch assembly is slipping. Generated quote to replace agitator and all agitator accessories, the transmission, the clutch, and labor. Tilted the appliance back while it was running finding out that there was leakage coming from the circulation pump. Disassembled machine to inspect igniter and found early generation of the DSI system. Started 350 degree bake cycle and allowed machine to run with the flame spreader and floor removed. Oven successfully reaches preheat set point and shuts off. Allowed unit to continue cycling to see how operations will perform. Machine does not misfire and continually cycles without any problems developing. Reinstalled flame spreader, floor, lower drawer, and racks. Set temperature to 425 and machine continues to operate properly without issue. Tech is currently unable to replicate the issue and the oven appears to work properly. Tech provided proactive quote to replace the DSI spark computer and install the updated bake burner tube and igniter system. Customer declined proactive quote as quite high. Job is complete."
