Removed plastic tabs and installed y clip update. Then sealed up all of the seams inside to prevent moisture from getting in in the future causing the ice maker cavity to ice up. Checked thermistor reading and found 34 degrees, while the set point is 42. Tech disassembled fresh food zone and removed the multi duct from the rear. Inspected damper assembly and found damper doors stuck open. Damper assembly was not installed properly and has caused doors to hit the styrofoam housing. Pictures are documented in quick pics. "Arrived at unit and home is vacant. Entered kitchen and found brand new unit installed. Spoke with builder whom indicated that a leak was occurring from the exterior of machine on the left side of unit where the fill flume is located. Tech pulled machine out of cabinetry and removed insulation blanket. Blanket is dry with no staining and machine is dry with no staining. Started cycle and found no leaking occurring, but did find the wash motor unable to operate. Removed filters and checked for debris, but no debris is present. Reinstalled filters and machine successfully begins spraying water appropriately. Ran two complete rinse cycles and found no leaking and found no other issues. Tech believes leaking complain may be attributed to a different unit in a neighboring condo, but builder is adamant that the other condos are having no issues. "Customer stated that the dishes on the top 2 racks are not always coming clean. Upon inspection the water coming into the washer is 122 degrees Fahrenheit. Drain pump is working and there is no removable filter for the customer to use but there was nothing visibly stuck in the sump. Ran smart install and all operations were good. Checked the water in the tub during step 3 of smart install and it was approximately 140 degrees. All spray arms were moving as I opened the door during wash portion of tests and could see that the arms had been moving. Heater is working, drain etc. customer stated she wished to see if anything was stuck beneath the filter. I removed the filter cover and sump cover and there was nothing in the sump. I spoke with the customer about potentially changing the detergent to see if that made a difference but I could not find anything wrong with the appliance."
