"Customer stated that after previous technician fixed the machine that the door never stayed in suspension state and would slam open. Upon inspection I found that there were non OEM door springs installed, the door suspension cables were worn and the door hinges were fatigued. The door itself also had damage to it at the lower right and left hand corners. The customer also stated that the control UI panel wa coming off and thatbthe had to tape it on. The kick plate was secured to the frame with non OEM oversized screws that barley held the plat flush with the frame for under concealment.Lastly, the adjustment clips for the lower rack pins were broke so they had to use cable ties to keep the rack pins pointed upward for loading dishes. "Found icemaker cavity frozen up with ice from moisture being pulled in from cavity seams. Ice maker is no longer making ice. Steamed out icemaker cavity and removed icemaker and auger. Removed plastic tabs and installed y clip update. Then sealed up all of the seams inside to prevent moisture from getting in in the future causing the ice maker cavity to ice up. Installed new updated auger drain line on the auger assembly and installed new ice maker. Checked line on back and black line is showing. Then cycled the icemaker and it completed the cycle and filled.

Replaced main PCB and drain pump. The old drain pump had been getting leaked on by water coming from a loose dispenser hose where the clamp wasnt on fully gradually over time the water leaking damaged the drain pump. "Oven is now heating much much faster, but can hear burners light and go out and sometimes make a whistling noise after lighting, but no more gas smell. Tested unit and right igniter pilling 3.2 amps and left pulling 3.1. Found that left burner will go out and relight everything 45 sec seconds or so. Also found that sometimes when right burner lights the flame is coming down inside the burner tube. Found that burner tube gas ports have a lot of corrosion near the igniters and this is allowing gas to ignite inside the burner tube causing the flame to go down the burner tube. Left side is going off and on on intermittently because the new igniter is slightly on the weak side and safety valve is closing and then opening again. Reccomend replacing both burner tubes and replacing igniters with Viking igniters. Crediting cost of original igniters towards cost of parts today and discounted parts as well.; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 5303935066 UNI.FLAT IGNITOR KIT"
