Found shift solenoid burnt and melted. Installed new door lock and retested. New door lock still wont lock. Used dmm to test for electricity at lock and found 12.4vdc supplied. "Customer stated that in August the ice maker had been repaired. Upon inspection the bucket was stuck but after some prying it was removed but damaged. The whole floor of the ice room was covered in a sheet of ice which had seazed up the ice maker and auger mechanisms. There was silicone placed on the outside of the room but not the inside as directed by Samsung and the y-clips were in place as well as the water fill tube was correctly placed to feed the ice maker spout. I replaced the ice maker, auger with drain tube included and placed silicone along the inside of the ice room as directed in the Samsung bulletin. I did not have the main PCB replacement as it was not delivered in time however, verified the s/n and the production date on the unit doesnt warrant replacement of the PCB. I checked the ice route though and it is leaking which is causing air to condensate and ultimately leading to ice buildup. "Customer stated that the lower dryer wasnt working any longer. Upon inspection I found that the belt popped off the idler and the spring had come off so there was no tension causing the belt switch to activate. I inspected the belt and found it to be good as well as the idler and spring. I believe the spring was not fully seated onto the idler in its hole which caused it to work its way off the idler causing the failure. Once reassembled with the spring fully seated, I ran a HASS OQC and it passed. "Both units are not leveled correctly almost causing the doors to collide with each other. Units both need to be adjusted/leveled and installations fixed, trim kit isnt screwed in at the bottom of both ends. Freezer has frost covering everything which is a sign of the door either being left open or the door isnt closing properly. Due to the numerous issues with installation, its advised to get the installers back out to fix the issues and see if the moisture build up goes away. The fresh food section is alright but the door and interior is damaged. Called Frigidaire to see what repairs can be made or if they should be made. "Customer complaint that unit was making a very loud banging noise during cycle and large on front wall. Initial inspection found concrete and metal dust on the ground by washing machine in front. The unit had walked forward about 4 inches. There was a large pop out dent in center below door. Upon disassembly of unit, found the concrete counterweight bolts on the left side were all loose and the bottom bolt was completely missing. The top and middle bolts on right counterbalance were loose as well. Several creases were found in both counterweights. Found significant damage to lower tub on the left side, front half. Samsung Tech support was consulted and a video support was started. The video and still shots that we took are going to be sent to Samsung engineering department for further review and next steps. Samsung tech informed me that this was a model number. Their engineering department was looking into for this issue widespread. The Samsung tech said they would get a hold of me in the next couple of days to let me know what we are to do. chance is high of unit condemn. Customer was made aware of all of this as well. Only partially assembled unit so customer would not be tempted to try to use the unit. In the meantime. I unplug the unit and shut water off to it as well.; O-emld tckt"

Installed new vane assembly drive and drive motor with positioning sensor. Ran tests afterward and on n5 test I was able to move the vane across the bottom and verify position changes. Was also able to pick up the 0-5 VDC difference as the vane moved. Problem fixed. Ran unit out of cabinet for 30 minutes and no leaks were detected.

Upon inspection I found that the hose from the tub to the drain pump had come off causing water to poor directly out of the tub any time water filled the tub.
