Derek was professional, nice and friendly. He knows his work stuff and was in and out. Patricia (or maybe Tracy) representative that I spoke with to get me scheduled for an appointment. Extremely nice lady went above and beyond to make sure she can locate my appointment and send out a technician to me. When my appointment wasn’t located at first she gave me her extension # and called me back when it got in her system. I would recommend this company to my friends and family
