Customer stated there could be something in the drain line which more than likely is what burnt out the pump. Upon further inspection found napkin in multiple places of the drain line. Replaced drain pump and secured drain line, ran 2 full tubs through the drain pump to ensure unit is draining properly. Unit is working great after repairs. Job complete."
