The appliance repairman did a great job. He was efficient and friendly. My biggest reasons for only giving 4 stars was the payment system and warranties offered. I feel That a 90-day warranty for labor and products seems pretty short for a $500 repair. I also Did not appreciate that the payment system gave a spot to give a tip, making me question if I needed to for an already expensive repair and then also charged me an extra $15 to use a credit card without warning me ahead of time.

Kyle listened to how I described the sounds coming from the refrigerator. He had worked on this appliance before. Once he took off the cover, he heard the same sound and knew exactly what the issue was. He had the replacement part on his truck and had the issue fixed quickly
