Close to excellent. It was very good. A couple things frustrated me. Before he initially came, I asked the gal on the phone if he could also take a look at my dryer because it has an issue. She told me just to take a look at it, It would cost $70. That’s very frustrating. Literally one minute of his time. That’s not what a local hometown good old boy would do. That took away some integrity points. Also, those long email messages you sent before the appointments - those are one size fits all and a lot of the comments did not apply to my appointment. No I am not going to send in pictures again. No, I am not going to share the serial number. There’s many things about that message that did not apply to me. If I were to do those things that had told me to do, it would’ve been redundant and completely unnecessary. I would change how you do that. I will say that Anthony was excellent and I was very happy with his performance. At least so far. Hopefully what he did Will stick. Thank you!
