Chris arrived very promptly, well within his ETA. When we greeted him at the front door, he was friendly in a professional way, and mindful of our light-colored carpet, he left his shoes in the stone entry. He diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator very quickly and snapped photos of the source of the problem, so that we could see clearly what fix was necessary. Then he returned to his truck to get the tools he needed, and the job was finished in less than an hour.
Before leaving, Chris also gave us advice on how we can keep our 25-year-old refrigerator running smoothly. We were glad to be able to pay for a service call that helped us understand our refrigerator better, because it saved us the trouble and expense of having to buy a new one.
Finally, for what it’s worth, this is the third time we’ve called on Hometown Heroes KC for service on three different appliances. Each time we’ve had very transparent service and pricing and have saved a lot of money by not having to buy new appliances.
