Chuck was very nice and informative. I would give 5 stars if we had agreed to fix our dishwasher. It would have cost over $600 to just replace the plastic door cover for the soap dispenser. Why would your company not call me first and give me the cost to replace it? We had to pay $164 for a trip charge to find this out. We have decided to replace the dishwasher and unfortunately for future appliance repairs we will look elsewhere for a company that will be honest and compationate to their customers. Sorry to close our doors to Hometown Heroes since Chuck was kind and agreed that the cost to replace was extremely expensive for such a simple fix.
