Jimmy is verynice! He went out of his way to help us with our dishwasher that you have come out 7 times to try to stop the water from coming out of the bottom of the doors. You’ve replaced everything possible and done everything that you can to fix it but it still linking Water when I talk to Samsung this last time they told us that if the repair person could not resolve the problem that they would issue a new dishwasher. Jimmy tried everything he could and explained everything very well to Samsung but they still would not replace the dishwasher. I’m getting very very upset with Samsung my floor wood floor is starting to show effects from the water leaking even though I have something underneath each side of my dishwasher to try to catch the water you guys are awesome. Samsung is another story.
