Service technician was great. My complaint has to do with your AI answering service. I called on Sunday and they scheduled me for a Wednesday service call. They said someone would call Monday and confirm. Did not happen. I called in Monday afternoon and couldn’t get through. I left my number for them to call back and I wouldn’t lose my place in line but no call back. I finally called back and find out my service couldn’t get done on Wednesday because those times got filled in. So I asked to talk to a manager they said I couldn’t but they would give the message to a manager and someone would call back. It’s Friday and still no call.

Couldn’t really figure out what was wrong with the dishwasher. After investigating and cleaning off a sensor Darrin thought the dishwasher seemed to be working. But as soon as he left, I ran a load and it took over six hours for it to run through a cycle. It never washed the dishes or made any noise whatsoever. All it did was count on the timer. I called yesterday to let them know that it wasn’t fixed, the lady I talked to you said she’d have Darrin give me a call to see whether he thought he could come back out and fix it or if I should get a new one I still haven’t heard anything. Darrin was very nice, but I am frustrated that I paid for a call and my dishwasher still doesn’t work.
