Do to a stupid mistake I made, my dishwasher was not pumping water into the machine. I called Hometown heroes expecting a complicated and expensive repair. Lucas came out, and after assessing the problem explained that my water valve to the dishwasher had been turned off. He simply turned it back on and it was fixed. He was honest and did not do or charge me for work I did not need. Thank you Lucas. I will certainly be using Hometown Hero for my next Appliance Repair.

Very conscientious service personnel. Shannon knows his profession well, asks relevant questions to detail diagnose problems that take into account minor issues contributing to a problem.
He is Far better than just a repairman who tells you a part needs to be replaced and done, to then have to come back in a week cause the whole problem wasn’t diagnosed.
This shows good training, lots of experience and great thinking!
