"Customer states that she ran three cycles in a row that did not wash properly. Items came out dirty as if they were never sprayed with water, however, items were wet and steamy. Tech enter diagnostics and ran a self test/reset cycle. Wash motor runs during the test but sounds usual. Tech provided a quote to replace the sump and motor assembly as it is common to be intermittently faulty when the wash motor windings or bearings fail. Customer declined the quote due to the cost of repair. Job is complete."

Tech inspected the dishwasher and found that the third sprayer that is ceiling mounted has broken. The mounting bracket on the ceiling that is welded to the tub has broken and now the rinse sprayer and manifold and dangling. Repair can not be made as tech can't tig weld aluminum. Job is complete.

It’s so easy to schedule an appointment online. Senior repairman Shannon knows everything about every appliance on the planet and is always conscientious and quick with his repairs. I was quite disappointed with the pricing and invoicing process this time. I had no idea how much it was going to cost to have warranty work done until I got asked to pay the bill and had to call twice to get a copy of the invoice which had no details. Sadly, poor with great.

Scheduling was easy, appt tracking helpful, tech was prompt, courteous, and kept the area clean. He explained the problem and repair thoroughly. Only negative is that even with a senior discount costs seemed higher than similar appliance repair calls over the last two years.
